| This review is both positive and critical. Took my vehicle in for a diagnosis. In the morning I authorized the shop for one hour of work and a a diagnostic test (approx $180-$200). Never received a call until mid-afternoon. At that time, the shop explained that my vehicle was fixed and running great. However, I was told, they spent several hours, ordered parts and fixed everything to the tune of over $500. The shop tried to make it right by giving me a discount, and they did do a great job of fixing my vehicle. However, it stills bothers me that they took it upon themselves to spend my money without any input from me. |
