| Exceptional Service! From start to finish I had emergency, my coolant fluid was leaking and my regular garage couldnt fit me in. It was 12/23 right before xmas and the new year and as you can imagine having your vehicle is paramount. Anyhow I know Dez and she is always promoting Franconia Auto so I gave her a ring she was able to move a few things around get me in and get the part I needed all prior to the holiday. The team over at Franconia Auto is the best. Highest of all recommendations. |

| Super professional. Straight forward pricing. Excellent customer service! But best of all, the truck runs like a top, shifts like a dream. I like the inspection they do and the list of things that need to be addressed but aren't causing issues yet. It's better to get those things fixed before you get stranded or do future damage. |

| I took my car in for a check engine light. They diagnosed the problem and give me a price for the repair. When they called to tell me my car was ready, I was told that the bill about half of their estimate because the mechanic found an easier way to repair the problem. You got to like a company that does that! |
