| I have been taking my car(s) to Franconia Auto Repair for about 20 years. The week before Christmas my car wouldn?t start right away? My husband was able to get it started - but it kept stalling. I was able to get it over to them and they found that a rodent had chewed through some wires. When they called for parts, they were told the only fix was to replace the entire component - they knew otherwise. Desiree found the specific cables and saved me an unknown amount of money. Not only did she save me money and fix my car, Joe (and staff) had it done in less than 24 hours. I was back in business and on to finishing my Christmas errands the next day! |
